Getting Started

Like what you’ve heard from us about our strategies and methodologies?

  1. If you are interested in getting started, you will first need to fill out our short, online Implementation Form.
  2. Once we receive the form, our management team will review it and contact you within 24 hours to discuss a plan for integrating our systems with your business operations.
  3. Your Implementation Team will then interface with representatives from your company, outside suppliers, and internal experts to conduct a needs assessment and ensure that we create a customized solution that will best fit your needs. These staff members have:
  4. • A vision for progressive solutions and opportunities that work for small to mid-sized  companies
    • Expertise in combining technology, people, and systems in a cost-effective way
    • Practicality in developing realistic timeframes and setting expectations
    • Authority to implement those plans

  5. When we complete the assessment, we will develop a customized on-site, online or call center platform that will best address your reservation needs.
  6. In order to initiate implementation, our team will first need some information and materials from you.

    • Profile conversion
    • Change management programs to facilitate and encourage use
    • Integration of client data hierarchy for reporting purposes
